Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed with CLAUT are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

We offer flat rate shipping of R 75,00 on standard orders within South Africa.

We offer free shipping on orders over R 1 500,00. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option is automatically applied at checkout.

3. In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at Soweto, Joannesburg, 1808. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you when it is ready for collection.

4. International Shipping

International shipping may be offered to select destinations. Orders delivered outside South Africa may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CLAUT is not responsible for these charges; they remain the customer's responsibility.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that may include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
